Wenatchee WOWOW Event
We just finished our first WOWOW event of the summer on the Wenatchee this last weekend. WOWOW is a weekend dedicated to getting the ladies together to learn, play and socialize. The weekend begins with a Friday evening Intro to SUP, followed by a SUP yoga class. Lake Wenatchee was the perfect canvas for a beautiful, successful and relaxing evening of Yoga, taught by WOWOW instructor Mo Bergman.
Saturday followed with a full day of Intermediate Kayak Instruction, working on "fine-tuning" the foundational movements of paddling and ending the day with some fun surfing on some of Wenatchee's epic surf spots.
Sunday continued with more intermediate skills, linking strokes for efficiency and more surfing.
