Mo Bergmann

Mo has traveled far and wide to chase rivers for the last 18 years or so. She was born and raised in New England, where she learned to kayak through Hampshire College’s Outdoor program. Devoted to sharing the things that feed her soul, Mo loves to encourage growth and progress through kayaking, yoga, and travel in a way that encourages safety and promotes a lifelong practice.

Through the years she has worked as a raft guide for NOC and then as a kayaking instructor/guide for Zoar Outdoor, Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe, Otter Bar and a variety of other organizations. These various schools have offered the opportunity for her to teach with some amazing professionals from around the world. She also works in conjunction with "She Jumps" to offer Women specific instruction in an all female teaching environment.

Mo is a Level 4 certified ACA Whitewater Instructor and also a Hatha Yoga Instructor. She enjoys teaching yoga both on and off the mat, as well as on Stand Up Paddle Boards. Mo has always been intrigued by Fluid Dynamics and Biomechanics of the Human body. She earned a degree in Exercise Science from UMASS Amherst in 1999. She applies this knowledge base into her instruction and practice.

Rayna Morton

Rayna is Big Winds SUP Yoga Instructor and featured in "The Gorge Magazine" Summer 2015 Issue. As a certified RYT200 Yoga Instructor and avid Gorge paddler, I say "what better way to enjoy the water than in the bliss of yoga". We start off low and slow enjoying our time on our board, finding our calming center and enjoying our surroundings and work into a beautiful asana class that will fill your heart and soul. This is an all levels gentle vinyasa style class.

Lauren Fields

Lauren was raised by the ocean in the coastal town of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. She completed her first yoga teacher training at twenty-one with Yandara Yoga Institute under the guidance of Victor Oppenheimer, one of the most Senior Iyengar Instructors in the county. She graduated the University of Wilmington North Carolina with a BA in English Literature.

Her interest in holisitc health was first instilled by her grandmother who since the 1950’s was an organic gardener and natural foods educator and advocate, and later by her mother,a certified health coach who founded a non-profit health education association.

Following in the footsteps of these two amazing women she started her business Yoga to You LLC in 2011, a mobile yoga studio that brings customized yoga to private homes and businesses. Having completed 500 RYT she continues her education with Yoga Medicine, private training with Sarah Robinette, and completes as many anatomy clinics as she can yearly. She also has certification in Stand up paddle yoga through Bliss Yoga. She loves teaching every age from babies to seniors.

She loves talking to her students and learning about their lives and experiences and how yoga has shaped them. She believes that yoga is the path to peace and acceptance. She believes in the brilliant minds and emotions of women and that yoga is not about looking a certain way in a pose, but rather feeling connected yourself, nature and the other bodies around you. Her classes are fun, challenging and dynamic with a very strong emphasis on alignment, anatomy, and safety. She encourages lots of laughter and light heartedness in her classes. She truly loves what she does and is there for help and support students on or off the mat.
